Terms of Use
These are the rules for using Wonderloop, in plain words. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
- Wonderloop is a learning app for families, for adults who are parents or guardians.
- It works alongside school, and alongside a homeschool family's own curriculum. It is not a school.
- It is in a private beta: by invitation, still changing, and things may break or be reset.
- You decide when and how your child uses it, and you supervise that use.
- The lessons belong to us. Use them for your own family's learning.
- We cannot promise any grade, score or result.
- You can stop at any time and delete everything.
2. About these terms
Wonderloop is run by Mynde AI LLC ("we" and "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the Wonderloop website and app.
Our Privacy Policy says what we keep about your family and how we use it. It is part of these terms.
By making an account or using Wonderloop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wonderloop.
3. The beta
Wonderloop is in a private beta. That means:
- It is by invitation only, and places are limited.
- Features will change, and some may be taken away.
- Things may not work as they should, and Wonderloop may be unavailable at times.
- We may need to reset plans or progress made during the beta. When we can, we will tell you first, so you can download your family's data before it happens.
- We may end the beta. If we do, we will tell you ahead of time.
We would love to hear what works and what does not. Write to us at team@wonderloop.app.
4. Who can use Wonderloop
To make an account, you must:
- be 18 or older;
- be the parent or legal guardian of every child you add;
- live in the United States.
Children do not have accounts and never sign in. A child uses Wonderloop only through a profile under your account, after you have given consent as our Privacy Policy describes.
5. Your account
- Give us true details, and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password and your grown-ups PIN to yourself. Do not share your account with another family.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us at once.
6. You are in charge of your child's use
Wonderloop helps you plan your child's learning, but you stay in charge. You decide when, where and for how long your child uses it, and you supervise their use of the device and the internet.
Some activities happen off the screen, and some say a grown-up should be nearby. Please make sure an adult is there for those, and that your child uses any tools or materials safely.
7. Using Wonderloop fairly
Please do not:
- add a child you are not the parent or guardian of;
- try to get into another family's account, or into parts of Wonderloop you are not meant to reach;
- try to break, overload or get around Wonderloop's security, or copy it with automated tools;
- copy, sell or share our lessons outside your family;
- use Wonderloop to break the law or to harm anyone, especially a child.
8. Our lessons and content
The lessons, practice, pictures, our character Ollie, the Wonderloop name and the look of the app belong to Mynde AI LLC or the people who license them to us.
While you use Wonderloop, you may use them for your own family's learning, including printing pages for your children at home. You may not copy, sell, publish or share them outside your family without our written permission.
We work hard to make every lesson correct and clear, and we check each one before any child sees it. If you find a mistake, please tell us at team@wonderloop.app.
Your family's information stays yours. You can download it or delete it at any time, as the Privacy Policy says.
9. Payments
Pricing will be announced after the beta. We will never charge you without first telling you the price and getting your agreement.
10. No promise of results
Wonderloop is a home learning tool that works alongside school and alongside your own curriculum. Every child learns in their own way and at their own pace, so we cannot promise any grade, test score, competition result or school placement. Wonderloop does not replace your child's school, teacher or doctor.
11. Wonderloop as it is
Especially during the beta, we provide Wonderloop "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms and our Privacy Policy, for example that Wonderloop will always be available or free of mistakes.
12. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows:
- we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, or that we could not have expected, such as lost time or lost opportunities;
- our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Wonderloop in the 12 months before the claim.
Some states do not allow these limits. Where they do not, they apply only as far as that state's law allows. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for our own fraud or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Wonderloop at any time. To delete your family's data and your account, use "Delete everything" in Settings.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts a child at risk. When we can, we will tell you why first and give you time to download your family's data, unless the law or a child's safety stops us.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in the United States. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts of Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when Wonderloop changes after the beta. We will post the new version here with its date. If a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Wonderloop after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop and delete your account.
